The invention provides a steering gear adjustor structure which comprises a rack shell, a rack is mounted in the rack shell, an adjusting shell is arranged in the middle of the rack shell, an adjustor is mounted in the adjusting shell, an arc groove is formed in the top end of the adjustor, and the arc groove is close to a rack arc portion in the rack shell. The adjusting body is in small clearance fit with the adjusting shell, an adjusting screw plug is further arranged in the adjusting shell and arranged at the bottom of the adjusting body, a spring is arranged between the adjusting screw plug and the adjusting body, a ring groove is formed in the middle of the adjusting body, the section of the ring groove is flat, a ring groove is formed in the center of the ring groove, an O-shaped ring is assembled on the ring groove, and the O-shaped ring is arranged in the ring groove. A damping ring is assembled on the annular groove and located on the outer side of the O-shaped ring. According to the scheme, a brand-new adjusting body structure is designed, collision noise does not occur any more, and the size is smaller.

    本方案提供了一种转向器调整体结构,包括齿条壳体,所述齿条壳体内安装有齿条,所述齿条壳体中部设有调整壳体,所述调整壳体内安装有调整体,所述调整体的顶端为圆弧槽,圆弧槽贴近齿条壳体内的齿条圆弧部,调整体与调整壳体小间隙配合,所述调整壳体内还设有调整螺塞,调整螺塞设置于调整体底部,所述调整螺塞与调整体之间设有弹簧,所述调整体的中部设有环槽,所述环槽截面为扁平状,所述环槽的中心设有圈槽,所述圈槽上装配有O型圈,所述环槽上装配有减震环,所述减震环位于O型圈外侧。本方案设计了全新的调整体结构,其不再出现磕碰噪音并且体积更小。
