The invention provides a passenger car variable-stiffness independent suspension system and a machining method thereof.The passenger car variable-stiffness independent suspension system comprises a steering knuckle, a mounting mechanism is arranged at the top of one side of the steering knuckle and comprises a supporting column, a bottom mounting base, a shock absorber and a top mounting base, the bottom end of the supporting column is connected with the side face of the steering knuckle, and the bottom mounting base is fixedly arranged at the top end of the supporting column; a top mounting seat is arranged at the top end of the damper, and a damping spring for supporting and damping is arranged on the outer side of the damper; s2, mounting a damping spring; S3, fixing the damping spring; S4, mounting an adjusting mechanism; and S5, fixing the adjusting mechanism. The upper adjusting cylinder and the lower adjusting cylinder which are clamped and slide in the adjusting mechanism are matched with the air inlet pipe, communicated with the air supply device, at the top of the upper adjusting cylinder, the air pressure in the damping cavity can be changed, the rigidity of the independent suspension system during use is adjusted, and then the independent suspension system assists a passenger car to adapt to more road conditions conveniently.

    本发明提供一种客车变刚度独立悬架系统及其加工方法,包括转向节,转向节一侧顶部设有安装机构,安装机构包括支柱、底安装座、减震器以及顶安装座,支柱底端与转向节侧面连接,支柱顶端固定设有底安装座,底安装座顶面中部设有减震器,减震器顶端设有顶安装座,减震器外侧设有用于支撑减震的减震弹簧;S1、组装悬架:S2、安装减震弹簧:S3、固定减震弹簧:S4、安装调节机构:S5、固定调节机构。本发明通过调节机构中卡合滑动的上调节筒以及下调节筒,配合上调节筒顶部与供气装置连通的进气管,能够改变减震腔内的气压,达到调节该独立悬架系统使用时的刚度,进而便于该独立悬架系统辅助客车适应更多的路况。
