The oil cylinder comprises an oil cylinder cavity, a piston and a pressure spring, the oil cylinder cavity is arranged in the bogie and sealed by an oil seal cover, the piston divides the oil cylinder cavity into an oil cylinder upper oil cavity and an oil cylinder lower oil cavity, the pressure spring is arranged in the oil cylinder upper oil cavity, one end of the pressure spring is limited by the top of the oil cylinder upper oil cavity, the other end of the pressure spring is limited by the piston, and the piston is provided with a lower piston rod and extends out of the oil seal cover; the electromagnetic valve is communicated with and disconnected from the oil cylinder upper oil cavity and the oil cylinder lower oil cavity; when the electromagnetic valve is not electrified, the upper oil cavity and the lower oil cavity of the oil cylinder are communicated to form a loop, and the piston rod can elastically move under the influence of oil pressure and the pressure spring; when the electromagnetic valve is electrified, the upper and lower oil cavities of the oil cylinder form independent oil cavities, and the piston rod cannot move; or when the electromagnetic valve is electrified, the upper and lower oil cavities of the oil cylinder form a loop, and the piston rod can elastically move under the influence of oil pressure and the pressure spring; when the electromagnetic valve is closed after being powered off, the upper and lower oil cavities of the oil cylinder form independent oil cavities, and the piston rod cannot move.
