The invention discloses a variable stiffness suspension system which comprises a first-stage rubber suspension structure, a second-stage rubber suspension structure and a hydraulic suspension structure which are arranged up and down. A connecting structure is arranged between the first-stage rubber suspension structure and the second-stage rubber suspension structure, an upper connecting piece used for being connected with a power assembly is arranged above the first-stage rubber suspension structure, and a lower connecting piece used for being connected with a vehicle body is arranged below the second-stage rubber suspension structure. The rubber suspensions and the hydraulic suspension are ingeniously combined together, the cost and the reliability are both considered, and the rigidity-adjustable function is achieved under the special working conditions of large amplitude and the like.

    本发明公开了一种变刚度悬置系统,包括上下设置的一级橡胶悬置结构,二级橡胶悬置结构以及液压悬置结构。一级橡胶悬置结构和二级橡胶悬置结构之间设置有连接结构,一级橡胶悬置结构的上方设置有用于连接动力总成的上部连接件,二级橡胶悬置结构的下方设置有用于连接车体的下部连接件。本发明利用巧妙的方式将橡胶悬置和液压悬置结合在一起,兼顾成本和可靠性,在振幅较大等特殊工况下实现了刚度可调节的功能。
