The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle superelevation monitoring method and system and a medium. The method comprises the steps that driving state information of a to-be-detected vehicle, the initial detection height of the to-be-detected vehicle and an environment image of a detection road section are acquired; determining the first reliability of the initial detection height based on the driving state information, the environment image, the to-be-detected vehicle information, the weather information and the detection road section information; determining a reference detection height based on the initial detection height and the first reliability; and giving an early warning to the to-be-detected vehicle in response to the condition that the reference detection height meets the preset condition.
