The system comprises an electronic control unit, a braking signal collecting device connected with the electronic control unit and at least one magnetic powder brake connected with the electronic control unit. The brake signal acquisition device is used for outputting a brake signal, and the brake signal is used for representing the brake intention of a driver; the electronic control unit is used for generating a braking instruction after reading the braking signal and sending the braking instruction to each magnetic powder brake; and the magnetic powder brake is used for controlling the vehicle to brake according to the brake instruction.
