The servo driver is preferentially adopted to control the servo motor, the control is simple and instant, the problems of high failure rate, high maintenance difficulty, brake dragging and the like caused by adopting a disc brake can be avoided, two brake measures of the servo driver and the standby brake device are adopted, and brake failure caused by brake device faults can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种车辆制动方法、系统、电子设备和存储介质,车辆制动系统包括整车控制器、伺服驱动器、备用刹车装置和伺服电机,整车控制器分别与伺服驱动器、备用刹车装置连接,车辆制动方法包括:在接收到刹车指令时,获取伺服驱动器的状态信息,根据状态信息从伺服驱动器、备用刹车装置中确定目标制动装置;向目标制动装置下发减速闭锁指令,以使目标制动装置根据减速闭锁指令控制伺服电机的电机轴的转速降低至0并锁住电机轴。优先采用伺服驱动器对伺服电机进行控制,控制简单即时,可避免采用碟刹刹车带来的故障率高、维修难度大、出现拖刹等问题,采用伺服驱动器和备用刹车装置两种刹车措施,可以避免因刹车装置故障而导致刹车失效。
