The invention provides a four-wheel drive steering axle and a control method thereof.The four-wheel drive steering axle comprises a differential mechanism, a left transmission assembly and a right transmission assembly are arranged at the left end and the right end of the differential mechanism respectively in a transmission mode, and the left transmission assembly and the right transmission assembly are the same in structure and are symmetrically arranged; hubs are arranged at the output ends of the left transmission assembly and the right transmission assembly in a transmission mode respectively, the fixed end of the left hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the differential mechanism, and the extending end of the left hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the left transmission assembly; the fixed end of the right hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the differential mechanism, and the extending end of the right hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the right transmission assembly. When steering is carried out, the left hydraulic cylinder and the right hydraulic cylinder can drive the left transmission assembly and the right transmission assembly to rotate by different angles respectively, then the left tire and the right tire are driven to rotate by different angles, the phenomenon that the tire on the outer ring is abraded during steering is prevented, and meanwhile abrasion of the tire on the inner ring can be relieved.

    本发明提供了一种四轮驱动转向桥及其控制方法,四轮驱动转向桥包括差速器,差速器的左右两端分别传动设置有左传动总成和右传动总成,左传动总成和右传动总成结构相同,对称设置;左传动总成和右传动总成的输出端分别传动设置有轮毂,左液压缸的固定端与差速器铰接,左液压缸的伸出端与左传动总成铰接;右液压缸的固定端与差速器铰接,右液压缸的伸出端与右传动总成铰接。在进行转向时,左液压缸和右液压缸可以分别驱动左传动总成和右传动总成转动不同的角度,进而驱动左侧轮胎和右侧轮胎转动不同的角度,防止在进行转向时,外圈的轮胎发生脱磨的现象,同时,可以减轻内圈轮胎的磨损。
