The full-time four-wheel-drive electric drive axle comprises a drive motor, a planet row speed reduction assembly connected with the drive motor, a differential mechanism which transmits to rear wheels of a vehicle through a right power output shaft, and a front output gear assembly which transmits to front wheels of the vehicle and is arranged below the planet row speed reduction assembly in parallel. The transmission is characterized in that the input end of the differential mechanism is coaxially aligned with the output end of the planet row speed reduction assembly, an intermediate shaft assembly is arranged between the planet row speed reduction assembly and the front output gear assembly in parallel, and a power output shaft on the left side of the differential mechanism is in transmission connection with the front output gear assembly through the intermediate shaft assembly; the planet row speed reduction assembly is in transmission connection with the input end of the differential mechanism or the intermediate shaft assembly through the meshing gear sleeve assembly, and the differential mechanism is a forced locking anti-skid differential mechanism with the differential locking function. Driving running suitable for various road surface working conditions is achieved, the driving anti-skid requirement of the off-road vehicle is met, whole vehicle arrangement is facilitated, the speed ratio adjusting requirement is met, reliability is high, and cost is low.

    全时四驱电驱桥及其驱动控制方法,包括驱动电机、与驱动电机连接的行星排减速组件、通过右侧动力输出轴向车辆后轮传动的差速器、向车辆前轮传动且平行设置在行星排减速组件下方的前输出齿轮组件,其特征在于:所述的差速器的输入端与行星排减速组件的输出端同轴对齐,行星排减速组件与前输出齿轮组件之间平行设置中间轴组件,差速器的左侧动力输出轴通过中间轴组件与前输出齿轮组件传动连接,行星排减速组件通过啮合齿套组件与差速器的输入端或中间轴组件传动连接,差速器为可锁止差速功能的强制锁止防滑差速器。本发明实现适应多种路面工况的驱动行驶,满足越野车的驱动防滑需求,有利于整车布置,满足速比调节需求,可靠性高且成本低。
