The invention belongs to the field of offshore wind power engineering, and particularly relates to a construction method of a vortex-induced vibration weakening protection device of an offshore wind power tower drum, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1, assembling a turbulent flow assembly; step 2, connecting a plurality of turbulent flow assemblies with the tower top fixing piece; 3, the tower top fixing piece is installed at the upper end of the tower barrel, and the turbulent flow assembly is made to be hung on the tower barrel; 4, the outer wall of the tower barrel is sleeved with the sliding rail body, the sliding rail body is connected with the lower end of the turbulent flow assembly, and the position of the sliding rail body is lower than that of the tower top fixing piece; 5, the sliding rail body is rotated, so that the turbulent flow assembly is spirally wound on the outer wall of the tower drum; and 6, the sliding rail body is fixed, so that the sliding rail body does not rotate any more. According to the construction method, construction is convenient, the cost is low, and the vortex-induced vibration problem occurring in the construction process of the offshore wind power tower drum can be effectively avoided.

    本发明属于海上风电工程领域,具体涉及一种海上风电塔筒涡激振动削弱防护装置的施工方法,其特征在于,包括:步骤1,组装扰流组件;步骤2,将若干个扰流组件与塔顶固定件连接;步骤3,将塔顶固定件安装到塔筒的上端,使扰流组件悬挂塔筒上;步骤4,将滑轨本体套在塔筒外壁上并与扰流组件的下端连接,滑轨本体的位置低于塔顶固定件的位置;步骤5,转动滑轨本体,使扰流组件呈螺旋状缠绕到塔筒外壁上;步骤6,对滑轨本体进行固定,使滑轨本体不再转动。本发明的施工方法施工便利,成本低,可以有效避免海上风电塔筒施工过程中出现的涡激振动问题。
