The present invention relates to a construction apparatus for an offshore wind-power generation tower and a construction method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus for constructing an offshore wind-power generation tower, comprising: a tower formed by installing a plurality of columns in multiple stages, wherein lower and upper columns adjacent to each other, among the columns, are coupled at the upper end and the lower end thereof, respectively; a retractable cylinder standing inside the lower column; a lower-column coupling means for coupling and releasing the lower portion of the cylinder and the lower column; an upper-column coupling means for coupling and releasing the upper portion of the cylinder and the upper column; and a column coupling means for coupling and releasing the upper column and the lower column, and a construction method thereof. Therefore, the present invention does not use lifting equipment equipped with a large crane, thereby solving difficulty in construction, and reducing construction cost and time.

    La présente invention concerne un appareil de construction destiné à une tour de production d'énergie éolienne en mer et un procédé de construction associé. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un appareil de construction d'une tour de production d'énergie éolienne en mer, comprenant : une tour formée par l'installation d'une pluralité de colonnes en plusieurs étages, des colonnes inférieure et supérieure adjacentes l'une à l'autre, parmi les colonnes, étant couplées au niveau de leurs extrémités supérieure et inférieure, respectivement ; un cylindre rétractable situé à l'intérieur de la colonne inférieure ; un moyen de couplage de la colonne inférieure destiné à coupler et à libérer la partie inférieure du cylindre et la colonne inférieure ; un moyen de couplage de la colonne supérieure destiné à coupler et à libérer la partie supérieure du cylindre et la colonne supérieure ; et un moyen de couplage de colonne destiné à coupler et à libérer la colonne supérieure et la colonne inférieure, ainsi qu'un procédé de construction associé. À cet effet, la présente invention n'utilise pas d'équipements de levage équipés d'une grande grue, ce qui permet de résoudre le problème de la difficulté de la construction et de réduire le coût et le temps de construction.

    본 발명은 해상용 풍력발전타워 시공장치 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 복수개의 기둥이 다단으로 설치되어 타워를 형성하되, 상기 기둥들 중에서 이웃하는 하부기둥의 상단과 상부기둥의 하단이 결합되며, 상기 하부기둥의 내측에 세워져 위치하고, 길이가 신축되는 실린더와, 상기 실린더의 하부와 상기 하부기둥을 결합 및 해제시키는 하부기둥결합수단과, 상기 실린더의 상부과 상기 상부기둥을 결합 및 해제시키는 상부기둥결합수단 및 상기 상부기둥과 상기 하부기둥을 결합 및 해제시키는 기둥결합수단을 포함하여, 대형 크레인 탑재된 기중시설을 사용하지 않아, 시공작업의 곤란성을 해소시키고, 시공비용 및 시공시간을 절감시킬 수 있는 해상용 풍력발전타워 시공장치 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
