The invention discloses an offshore wind power tower tube section deformation control hanging device which comprises a rolling wheel lifting cross beam, a rolling wheel G-shaped hook and a rolling wheel C-shaped hook, a flange pressure-bearing rolling wheel used for bearing a flange is rotatably arranged on the lower portion of the rolling wheel G-shaped hook, and a tube section pressure-bearing rolling wheel used for bearing a tube section is rotatably arranged on the lower portion of the rolling wheel C-shaped hook. The rolling wheel lifting cross beam comprises a horizontally distributed cross beam main body and a plurality of rolling wheel devices which are rotatably mounted on the cross beam main body and used for supporting pipe joints, the rolling wheel G-shaped hook and the rolling wheel C-shaped hook are detachably connected with the two ends of the cross beam main body through locking assemblies correspondingly, and the opening direction of the rolling wheel G-shaped hook and the opening direction of the rolling wheel C-shaped hook both face the cross beam main body. According to the invention, the deadweight deformation of the pipe joint can be effectively reduced, the influence on the pipe joint and the flange on the roller carrier is small, the assembly difficulty of the pipe joint and the flange can be well reduced, and the assembly mounting precision of the pipe joint and the flange can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电塔筒管节控制变形吊挂装置,包括滚轮托举横梁、滚轮G型钩和滚轮C型钩,滚轮G型钩的下部转动设有用于承托法兰的法兰承压滚轮,滚轮C型钩的下部转动设有用于承托管节的管节承压滚轮,滚轮托举横梁包括水平分布的横梁主体以及多个转动安装在横梁主体上用于承托管节的滚轮装置,滚轮G型钩和滚轮C型钩分别通过锁定组件与横梁主体的两端可拆卸连接,滚轮G型钩的开口方向与滚轮C型钩的开口方向均朝向横梁主体。本发明能有效减少管节自重变形量,并对管节和法兰在滚轮架上的影响较小,能很好地降低管节与法兰的装配难度,可提高管节与法兰组对安装的精度。
