The invention relates to the technical field of wind power tower drum installation, in particular to a large wind power tower drum turning-over hanging beam which is used for turning over a tower drum from a horizontal state to a vertical state and comprises: a circular ring hanging seat, wherein at least eight hanging lugs are evenly distributed on the top of the circular ring hanging seat in the circumferential direction and used for being connected with a hanging hook of a crane; a hoisting cross beam, wherein a plurality of hoisting points are at least uniformly distributed below the hoisting cross beam and are used for being connected with the top end of a tower drum; a hoisting cross beam which is welded and fixed in the middle of a #-shaped hoisting frame in sections, the hoisting cross beam and each end part of the #-shaped hoisting frame are fixed with the inner side of the circular ring hoisting seat, and the whole middle sections of the hoisting cross beam and the #-shaped hoisting frame adopt a sinking slope surface structure. The large wind power tower drum turning-over hanging beam is reasonable in design, compact in structure and convenient to operate; after the turning-over hanging beam is adopted, a turnover supporting base does not need to be additionally arranged at the bottom of the tower drum, materials and labor cost are greatly saved, and the turning-over lifting stability and working efficiency of the tower drum are improved.
