The invention relates to the technical field of tire production, and particularly discloses a belt ply structure for a heavy-load engineering radial tire and the tire. Wherein the belted layer structure comprises a belted layer I, a belted layer II, a belted layer III, a belted layer IV and an isolating rubber sheet; the first belted layer, the second belted layer, the third belted layer and the fourth belted layer are sequentially stacked. The cap ply is arranged at the edge attaching position between the second belted layer and the third belted layer. According to the scheme, the rigidity of the tire crown is improved through optimal design of the belted layer. Compared with the prior art, the angle of the belted layers is optimized again, meanwhile, the width proportion of each belted layer is optimized, and the isolating rubber sheets are additionally arranged among the belted layers, so that the stress concentration of endpoints of the belted layers and the overlarge shearing force among the layers are avoided, the deformation of the tire pattern block under the stress condition is reduced, the stress of the tire crown is effectively dispersed, and the groove crack caused by the stress concentration is avoided; shoulder vacancy/shoulder crack and the like are solved.

    本发明涉及轮胎生产技术领域,具体公开了一种用于重载工程子午线轮胎的带束层结构及轮胎,轮胎中具有带束层结构;其中,带束层结构包括:带束层一、带束层二、带束层三、带束层四和隔离胶片;所述带束层一、所述带束层二、所述带束层三和所述带束层四依次叠放;所述冠带层设置于所述带束层二和所述带束层三之间的边缘贴合处。在本发明的方案中,通过对带束层的优化设计,提升轮胎胎冠刚性。与现有技术相比,重新优化了带束层角度,同时对各个带束层宽度比例进行优化,并在带束层间增加隔离胶片,避免带束层端点应力集中及层间剪切力过大,减少轮胎花纹块在受力情况下变形,有效的分散胎冠应力,避免因应力集中出现沟裂,肩空/肩裂等问题。
