The anti-collision device of the grab ship unloader comprises a bucket body, a first protection assembly and a second protection assembly, the bucket body is provided with a containing chamber, the containing chamber is used for containing materials, the first protection assembly is arranged on the outer wall face of the bucket body, and the first protection assembly comprises a containing bag, a first supporting piece and a first buffering piece; the first protection assembly comprises a first supporting piece and a connecting piece, the first supporting piece is connected with the outer wall face of the hopper body and the containing bag, the containing bag is laid along the outer wall face of the hopper body, liquid is contained in the containing bag, the first buffering piece is arranged between the outer wall face of the hopper body and the containing bag, and a penetrating hole is formed in the hopper body and communicated with the containing chamber. One end of the second supporting piece is connected with the containing bag, the other end of the second supporting piece is located in the penetrating hole, and the connecting piece is used for connecting the other end of the second supporting piece and the hopper body. According to the anti-collision device of the grab ship unloader, the bucket body and a ship body can be prevented from being damaged when the bucket body shakes and collides with the ship body.
