According to the pole-climbing robot based on chain transmission, when the chain circularly operates in the forward direction, the extrusion blocks at the top end of the chain enter the pressing action range of the pressing mechanism in turn along with the circular operation of the chain and are pressed on the climbing pole by the pressing mechanism; the extrusion blocks at the bottom ends of the chains continuously leave the climbing rods along with circulating operation of the chains, so that the supporting frame and the bearing platform are driven to continuously climb upwards; and vice versa; three surfaces of the bearing platform can be used as mounting and bearing working surfaces, so that the bearing platform can meet the use requirements of different occasions and different bearing directions; the number of standard knots of the climbing rod can be increased or decreased, and the climbing height can be set according to the use requirements of different occasions; the bearing platform is driven by the rotating motor to rotate around the climbing axis, the use requirements of different angles can be met, obstacles are avoided in the climbing and descending processes, the structure is simple and compact, operation is convenient, and the climbing process is stable and reliable.
本发明提供一种基于链式传动的爬杆机器人,链条正向循环运转时,链条顶端的挤压块随链条的循环运转而轮流进入至压紧机构的压紧作用范围内,由压紧机构压紧在爬升杆上,链条底端位置的挤压块随着链条的循环运转而持续离开爬升杆,从而带动支撑框架和承载平台持续向上爬升;反之亦然;承载平台的三个面均可作为安装承载工作面,可以适应不同场合、不同承载方向的使用需求;爬升杆可以增加或者减少标准节的数量,能够根据不同场合的使用要求设置爬升高度;通过旋转电机驱动承载平台绕爬升轴心旋转,还可以适应不同角度的使用需求,以及在爬升和下降过程中避开障碍物等,结构简单紧凑,操作方便,爬升过程稳定可靠。
