The invention discloses a vehicle, a method and device for determining a torque monitoring threshold value of the vehicle and a storage medium. The method for determining the torque monitoring threshold value of the vehicle comprises the steps that when the current gear of the vehicle is set to be a preset gear and the current rotating speed of an engine of the vehicle is set to be a preset rotating speed, the engine is controlled to operate at the maximum allowable engine parameters corresponding to the current gear and the current rotating speed; the actual output torque of the engine is obtained in real time, and the current maximum allowable torque is obtained; when the actual output torque of the engine is larger than the current maximum allowable torque, a monitoring fault reminding signal is sent to a fault monitoring module, so that the fault monitoring module responds to the monitoring fault reminding signal to control the running state of the vehicle, and the running state of the vehicle is obtained in real time; judging whether the running state of the vehicle meets the first function safety requirement or not; if yes, the current maximum allowable torque is determined as the current torque monitoring threshold value of the vehicle. According to the technical scheme, the safety performance of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆及其扭矩监控阈值的确定方法、装置和存储介质。该车辆的扭矩监控阈值的确定方法包括:在将车辆的当前档位设置为预设档位,以及将车辆的发动机的当前转速设置为预设转速时,控制发动机以与当前档位和当前转速对应的最大允许的发动机参数运行;实时获取发动机的实际输出扭矩,以及获取当前最大允许扭矩;在发动机的实际输出扭矩大于当前最大允许扭矩时,向故障监控模块发送监控故障提醒信号,以使故障监控模块响应监控故障提醒信号控制车辆的运行状态,并实时获取车辆的运行状态;判断车辆的运行状态是否满足第一功能安全需求;若是,则将当前最大允许扭矩确定为车辆的当前扭矩监控阈值。本发明的技术方案提高了车辆的安全性能。
