Whether the metal foreign matter exists in the charging position or not is judged firstly, then whether coil dislocation exists or not is detected, the coordinates of the metal foreign matter are correspondingly output, the dislocation distance is calculated, a driver is helped to judge when to start charging, and the problem of low charging efficiency caused by the metal foreign matter and coil dislocation in the charging process of an electric vehicle at the present stage is solved. The metal foreign matter detection and coil alignment functions can be well achieved, the cost is low, the size is compact, the sensitivity is high, and the application and popularization value is achieved.
本发明提出一种基于TMR传感器的两线圈磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输方法,该方法无需安装感应线圈,而是使用能够减少干扰磁场的影响的双层TMR传感器阵列进行磁场测量。首先判断充电位置是否存在金属异物,后检测是否存在线圈错位,相应的输出金属异物坐标以及计算错位距离,帮助驾驶人员判断何时启动充电,解决了现阶段电动汽车充电过程中存在金属异物及线圈错位导致充电效率低下的问题。本发明不仅能够很好实现金属异物探测及线圈对准功能,而且成本低、尺寸紧凑、灵敏度高,具有推广应用价值。
