The invention relates to an optimization design method for a wireless electric energy transmission system of an electric vehicle. The current of a primary coil is measured in a magnetic coupling mode, and compared with a power resistance sampling mode, the magnetic coupling mode achieves electrical isolation of a measuring circuit and a main power circuit. Compared with a secondary coil, the self-inductance of the small coil and the mutual inductance between the small coil and the primary coil can be ignored, and the influence on the wireless power transmission efficiency is small. A feedback removing scheme is provided for all wireless transmission applications. According to the scheme, a new wireless communication system does not need to be added to the system, and the complexity of the system is reduced. A feedback system needed in the wireless electric energy transmission process of the electric vehicle based on LCC topology can be effectively removed, the leakage magnetic field generated in the wireless electric energy transmission process is utilized, the leakage flux which is originally lost serves as the basis for representing the current of the primary coil, and the efficiency of the system is improved.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车无线电能传输系统优化设计方法。本发明采用磁耦合的方式测量初级线圈电流大小,相较于功率电阻取样的方式,磁耦合方式实现了测量电路与主功率电路的电气隔离。小线圈的自感,小线圈与初级线圈之间的互感相较于次级线圈而言可以忽略不计,对无线电能传输的效率影响很小。为所有无线传输应用提供了一种去反馈方案。该方案无需给系统添加新的无线通信系统,降低了系统的复杂性。能够有效去掉基于LCC拓补的电动汽车无线电能传输过程中的所需的反馈系统,利用无线电能传输过程中产生的漏磁场,将原本是损耗的漏磁作为表征初级线圈电流大小的依据,增加了系统的效率。
