The invention provides a mechanical automatic braking device for stall of a monorail crane. The mechanical automatic braking device comprises a mounting frame, a first roller group, a second roller group, a brake assembly, an energy accumulator group and a switch assembly, the mounting frame upwards embraces the lower part of the I-shaped rail; the first roller group and the second roller group are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the mounting frame; the brake assembly is arranged on the mounting frame and is close to the I-shaped rail; the energy accumulator set is arranged on the mounting frame and connected with the brake assembly through a pipeline. The switch assembly is connected to a pipeline between the energy accumulator set and the brake assembly, makes contact with the I-shaped rail and conducts switching through the relative speed between the installation frame and the I-shaped rail. The invention further provides a mechanical automatic braking method for the stall of the monorail crane. The mechanical automatic braking method is implemented by adopting the mechanical automatic braking device for the stall of the monorail crane.

    本发明提出一种单轨吊失速机械自动制动装置,包括:安装架、第一滚轮组和第二滚轮组、刹车组件、蓄能器组和开关组件;安装架向上抱合在工字轨道的下部;第一滚轮组和第二滚轮组分别设置在安装架的前后两端;刹车组件设置在安装架上,并贴近工字轨道;蓄能器组设置在安装架上,蓄能器组通过管路连接有刹车组件相连接;开关组件连接在蓄能器组与刹车组件之间的管路上,开关组件与工字轨道相接触,并通过安装架与工字轨道之间的相对速度进行切换。本发明还提出一直单轨吊失速机械自动制动方法,采用以上所述的单轨吊失速机械自动制动装置实施。
