The braking control module can adjust the braking resistance of the braking device, and in the braking process, the braking control module can control the braking resistance to increase step by step; the electromagnetic clutch is used for being in transmission connection with the pneumatic driving device and the speed reducer, the electromagnetic clutch is in signal connection with the braking control module, and when braking is needed, the electromagnetic clutch is controlled by the braking control module to disconnect transmission. Stable braking and stopping of the pneumatic monorail crane can be achieved, and impact on a rail during braking of the pneumatic monorail crane is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种单轨吊制动系统、方法及包含该制动系统的单轨吊,涉及矿井运输技术领域,采用的方案是:包括制动控制模块和多个制动装置,多个所述制动装置均设置在承载装置上,多个所述制动装置均与所述制动控制模块信号连接,所述制动控制模块能够调整所述制动装置的制动阻力,在制动过程中,所述制动控制模块能够控制制动阻力逐级递增;还包括电磁离合器,所述电磁离合器用于气动驱动装置与减速机传动连接,所述电磁离合器与所述制动控制模块信号连接,当需要制动时,所述电磁离合器在所述制动控制模块的控制下断开传动。本发明能够实现气动单轨吊平稳制动停车,降低气动单轨吊制动时对轨道的冲击。
