The invention discloses an in-vehicle blind area monitoring control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of automobile intelligent cabins. The method comprises the steps that first shooting data collected by a camera of a mobile device in an automobile are obtained, and the visual angle of the camera of the mobile device covers the remaining space, except the front row space, in an automobile cabin; generating a control instruction according to the first shooting data; and controlling the automobile to execute target operation according to the control instruction. According to the invention, the technical problem that the monitoring cost of the blind area in the vehicle is high in the prior art is solved.
