The inflatable guide rail speed-limiting brake device comprises inflation devices, friction devices and a speed sensor, the inflation devices are arranged on the two sides of a guide rail, and the friction devices and the speed sensor are fixedly arranged on stand columns; the inflating device comprises an inflating plate, a tympanic membrane, a sealing plate and a spring, the inflating plate is provided with an air chamber, a control chamber, a reaction chamber and a fixing hole, the tympanic membrane is enclosed in the air chamber, the spring is arranged in the fixing hole, the sealing plate is connected with the inflating plate through the spring, the control chamber is provided with a single-chip microcomputer, the reaction chamber is provided with a heating rod and a vent hole, the single-chip microcomputer is connected with the heating rod, and the vent hole is communicated with the air chamber. Inorganic compounds are placed in the reaction chamber; the friction surfaces of the friction devices are opposite to the sealing plate of the inflating device; the single-chip microcomputer receives a signal of the speed sensor and controls the heating rod to heat the reaction chamber, the inorganic compound is rapidly decomposed at high temperature to generate gas, the gas enters the gas chamber to expand the drum membrane, the drum membrane jacks up the sealing plate, and the sealing plate makes contact with the friction face to generate friction to decelerate the elevator.

    本发明公开了一种用于电梯防冲顶防坠落的充气式导轨限速制动装置,包括:充气装置、摩擦装置和速度传感器,充气装置设于导轨两侧,摩擦装置和速度传感器固设于立柱;充气装置包括充气板、鼓膜、封板和弹簧,充气板设有气室、控制室、反应室和固定孔,鼓膜封闭围设于气室,弹簧设于固定孔,封板通过弹簧与充气板连接,控制室设有单片机,反应室设有加热棒和通气孔,单片机与加热棒连接,通气孔与气室相通,反应室放置无机化合物;摩擦装置的摩擦面均与充气装置的封板正对设置;单片机接收速度传感器的信号,并控制加热棒加热反应室,无机化合物高温快速分解产生气体,气体进入气室使鼓膜涨起,鼓膜顶起封板,封板与摩擦面接触产生摩擦使电梯减速。
