The invention discloses an elevator car anti-falling and anti-top-rushing buffer braking device which comprises a guide rail, an anti-falling brake device, an anti-top-rushing brake device and an anti-top-rushing brake device. A side plate is installed on one side of the lift car, the upper side and the lower side of the side plate are each provided with a limiting plate, a buffering mechanism is installed on the other side of each limiting plate, and an installation rod is installed on the transverse side of the side plate. According to the buffer braking device for preventing the elevator car from falling and impacting, when the elevator car is out of control and descends, the elevator car can drive the buffer mechanism at the bottom to get close to the ground, and when the buffer mechanism makes contact with the ground, the movable columns can contract towards the interior of the side plates under the impact effect of the ground at the moment; in this way, the extrusion rods can drive the friction plates and the protruding points to conduct extrusion friction with the friction grooves, the descending speed of the lift car can be reduced through the structure, finally, when the friction force between the friction plates and the friction grooves is larger than or equal to the weight of the lift car, the lift car can stop descending at the moment, and therefore the function of preventing the lift car from falling can be achieved through the mechanism.

    本发明公开了一种电梯轿厢防坠落和冲顶的缓冲制动装置,包括:导轨,导轨的一侧设置有轿厢;轿厢的一侧安装有侧板,侧板的上下两侧分别安装有一个限位板,限位板的另一侧安装有缓冲机构,侧板的横向一侧安装有安装杆。该电梯轿厢防坠落和冲顶的缓冲制动装置,通过轿厢失控下降时,轿厢会带动底部的缓冲机构向地面靠近,在缓冲机构与地面接触时,此时活动柱在地面的冲击作用下会向侧板内部收缩,如此挤压杆便会带动摩擦板和凸点与摩擦槽之间进行挤压摩擦,这样便能通过该结构减缓轿厢下降速度,最终当摩擦板和摩擦槽之间的摩擦力大于等于轿厢重量时,此时轿厢便能停止下降,从而通过该机构可以起到防止轿厢坠落的功能。
