Through mutual cooperation of the buffer piece, the baffle, the buffer plate and the hydraulic shock absorber, when the buffer plate and the buffer piece make contact with the elevator car, impact force generated when the elevator car makes contact with the buffer plate and the buffer piece is buffered, the top rushing speed and the falling speed of the elevator car are further reduced, and according to the scheme, the structure is simple, and when falling and top rushing conditions happen to the elevator car, the elevator car can be prevented from falling off. The probability of dangers caused by falling and roof rushing is reduced in time, and then the safety of personnel in the lift car is guaranteed.
