The invention discloses an aircraft cabin butt joint method based on a six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism, which comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a global assembly coordinate system, and arranging ground reference points to specified positions; s2, the numerical control positioner is hoisted to a designated station; s3, the machine body shape-maintaining frame is hoisted to a designated station; s4, connecting the middle and rear fuselage with the fuselage shape-preserving frame; s5, adjusting the posture of the middle and rear fuselage; s6, the rear fuselage is connected with the fuselage shape maintaining frame; s7, adjusting the posture of the rear fuselage; s8, the middle-rear machine body is in butt joint with the rear machine body through a numerical control positioner; the device is compact and stable in structure, good in rigidity and bearing capacity, suitable for butt joint work of large-scale and heavy-load fuselage cabins, high in process planning efficiency, reliable and high in strength.

    本发明公开一种基于六自由度并联机构的飞机舱段对接方法,包括:S1:构建全局装配坐标系,将地面基准点布设至指定位置;S2:将数控定位器吊运至指定工位;S3:将机身保型架吊装至指定工位;S4:将中后机身与机身保型架连接;S5:中后机身调姿;S6:将后机身与机身保型架连接;S7:后机身调姿;S8:通过数控定位器将中后机身与后机身对接;本发明结构紧凑稳定,具有较好的刚性与承载能力,适用大型、重载的机身舱体对接工作,工艺规划效率高、可靠高强。
