The invention provides a distributed electric energy metering method of an electric locomotive and a traction power supply system, which are applied to a traction substation and comprise the following steps: when a vehicle-mounted circuit breaker is switched on, judging whether the position of the electric locomotive is within a power supply range of the traction substation, and if so, acquiring first electric energy data of the electric locomotive; when the vehicle-mounted circuit breaker is switched off, acquiring second electric energy data of the electric locomotive; calculating electricity utilization electric energy data and renewable electric energy data of the electric locomotive based on the first electric energy data and the second electric energy data of the electric locomotive; the problems that an existing electric energy meter cannot measure electric energy provided by an electric locomotive in a time-sharing and segmented mode, the accurate electricity consumption of the electric locomotive passing through each traction substation cannot be determined, and the direction of regenerative braking electric energy of the locomotive cannot be judged are solved. Transformer loss and contact network loss cannot be accurately calculated; and the harmonic wave generated by each locomotive and the harmonic wave influence on the traction substation cannot be accurately known.

    本申请提供一种电力机车的分布式电能计量方法及牵引供电系统,应用于牵引变电站,包括:当车载断路器合闸时,判断电力机车的位置是否处于牵引变电站供电范围内,若是,获取电力机车的第一电能数据;当车载断路器分闸时,获取电力机车的第二电能数据;基于电力机车的第一电能数据和第二电能数据,计算电力机车的用电电能数据和可再生电能数据;以解决目前的电能表无法实现对电力机车所提供的电能进行分时分段计量,无法确定电力机车经过每个牵引变电所的准确用电量也无法判断机车可再生制动电能的去向;无法准确计算变压器损耗和接触网损耗;无法准确了解每台机车产生的谐波以及对牵引变电站的谐波影响的问题。
