The invention discloses a power supply system of an electric locomotive and the electric locomotive, and is applied to the technical field of power supply of electric locomotives. A positive electrode of a traction battery in the power supply system is connected with an input end of a one-way conduction device, an output end of the one-way conduction device is connected to a bus positive line of an intermediate direct-current circuit, and a negative electrode of the traction battery is connected to a bus negative line of the intermediate direct-current circuit. In the neutral section passing power-off period of the electric locomotive, the pantograph cannot continue to supply power, at the moment, the voltage of the traction battery is larger than that of the middle direct-current circuit, the traction battery and the middle direct-current circuit are conducted, and power is supplied to a traction inverter corresponding to the middle direct-current circuit so as to drive a corresponding traction motor. And continuous power supply is provided for the auxiliary system and the train power supply system. Power is supplied through the traction battery in the neutral section passing power-off period of the electric locomotive, and the power supply continuity of the electric locomotive in the neutral section passing process is improved. Certain traction force/braking force is kept in the neutral section passing process, and the operation stability of the electric locomotive is improved.

    本申请公开了一种电力机车的供电系统、电力机车,应用于电力机车供电技术领域。该供电系统中的牵引电池的正极与单向导通器件的输入端连接,单向导通器件的输出端接入中间直流电路的母线正线,牵引电池的负极接入中间直流电路的母线负线。在电力机车过分相的断电期间,受电弓无法继续供电,此时牵引电池的电压大于中间直流电路,因此牵引电池与中间直流电路之间导通,向中间直流电路对应的牵引逆变器供电以驱动对应的牵引电机,并为辅助系统和列供系统提供连续的供电。本申请在电力机车过分相的断电期间通过牵引电池供电,提升了电力机车在过分相过程中供电的连续性。在过分相过程中保持一定的牵引力/制动力,提高电力机车运行稳定性。
