The invention discloses a composite material sleeper beam structure and a high-speed train, and the sleeper beam is composed of an upper wall plate, a lower wall plate, a gas storage bottle, a left crescent support table, a right crescent support table, a support frame, an anti-snaking shock absorber, an I-shaped beam, a skeleton internal aluminum alloy insert and other components. On the basis of an original aluminum alloy sleeper beam structural form and under the condition that an original connecting position is kept unchanged, the sleeper beam structure is readjusted and designed with a composite material as a main body. On the premise that the requirements for the volume, the service life and the strength of the train sleeper beam are met, the structural weight of the train sleeper beam under the same condition can be remarkably reduced by simplifying the structure and applying novel materials, and the problem of drainage in the train sleeper beam is solved.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料枕梁结构和高速列车,该枕梁由上壁板、下壁板、贮气瓶、左右月牙支撑台、支撑架、抗蛇行减震器、工字型梁以及骨架内部铝合金镶嵌件等组件组成,本发明基于原铝合金枕梁结构形式并且在保持原有连接位置不变的情况下,对枕梁结构进行了以复合材料为主体的重新调整和设计。本发明可以在保证在列车枕梁容积,寿命以及强度要求的前提下,通过简化结构与对新型材料的应用,显著降低同等条件下列车枕梁的结构重量,解决了联系枕梁内部排水问题。
