The invention provides an AYC-based front-wet and rear-dry braking system, which comprises a front axle electronic hydraulic braking module and a rear axle electronic mechanical braking module, and the front axle electronic hydraulic braking module and the rear axle electronic mechanical braking module are respectively connected with front wheels and rear wheels of a vehicle; an electronic mechanical braking system is adopted on the rear axle of the vehicle, compared with a traditional hydraulic braking system, the braking structure is simple, the maintenance cost is low, the response speed is high, and the braking distance is greatly shortened; on the basis, an AYC control system is added, the yawing problem occurring in the traveling braking or emergency braking process can be effectively solved through a logic control algorithm, and the vehicle body stability under vehicle braking is improved; on the premise that effective braking is achieved, the problem of vehicle steering instability can be restrained through active intervention of engine torque and supercharging braking of all wheels according to the vehicle body instability situation in the traveling braking process, and therefore the transverse stability of a vehicle is improved, and the braking safety coefficient is increased.

    本发明提供了一种基于AYC的前湿后干制动系统,包括前轴电子液压制动模块和后轴电子机械制动模块,所述前轴电子液压制动模块和所述后轴电子机械制动模块分别连接车辆的前轮和后轮;在车辆后轴采用电子机械制动系统,相比于传统液压制动系统来说,制动结构简单,维护成本低,响应速度快,大大缩短了制动距离;在此基础之上加入AYC控制系统,能够通过逻辑控制算法有效处理行车制动或紧急制动过程中出现的横摆问题,提高车辆制动下的车身稳定性;在实现有效制动的前提下,能够针对行车制动过程中遇到的车身失稳情况,通过发动机扭矩和各车轮增压制动的主动干预,抑制车辆转向失稳问题,从而提高车辆的横向稳定性,提高制动安全系数。
