The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging and discharging decision-making method, which comprises the steps of collecting related data of an electric vehicle, and processing the related data of the electric vehicle to obtain a track travel chain of the electric vehicle; based on the track travel chain, obtaining state parameters when the travel of the electric vehicle is finished, and calculating the probability of the charging behavior according to the state parameters; and obtaining battery attributes of the electric vehicle according to the track travel chain, and calculating the probability of the discharge behavior in combination with individual attributes, policy attributes and social attributes. The social environment and policy rule constraints of the user are considered, and errors and irrationality caused by subjective hypothesis can be reduced.

    本发明公开了电动汽车充放电决策方法,包括:收集电动汽车相关数据,对电动汽车相关数据进行处理,得到电动汽车的轨迹行程链;基于轨迹行程链,得到电动汽车结束行程时的状态参数,根据状态参数计算充电行为的概率;根据轨迹行程链,得到电动汽车电池属性,结合个体属性、政策属性、社会属性计算放电行为的概率。考虑用户所处的社会环境、政策规则约束,能够降低主观假设带来的误差和不合理性。
