The invention discloses a super charging robot and a charging control method thereof. The robot comprises a robot moving carrier and a mechanical arm fixed to the top face of the robot moving carrier, and a tail end tool is fixedly installed at the tail end of the mechanical arm. The tail end tool is provided with a positioning assembly, and the positioning assembly is matched with a charging gun connecting piece arranged at the rear end of the charging gun and used for accurately fixing the charging gun; the charging gun is inserted into the charging gun storage socket; the lower portion of the end tool is connected with an image acquisition device, the image acquisition device measures three-dimensional data of a charging gun and a vehicle charging socket, a controller arranged in the robot compares the three-dimensional data with pre-stored charging gun and socket model data, the shape of a measured object can be recognized, and position coordinates can be calculated. According to the scheme, the shapes and positions of the charging gun and the vehicle charging socket are accurately identified, and manual charging operation is effectively replaced.

    本发明公开了一种超级充电机器人及其充电控制方法,所述机器人包括机器人移动载体,固定在机器人移动载体顶面的机械臂,机械臂末端固定安装有末端工具;所述末端工具上设有定位组件,定位组件与设置在充电枪后端的充电枪连接件配合,用以对充电枪精确固定;所述充电枪插设于充电枪存放插座;所述末端工具下方连接图像采集装置,图像采集装置测量充电枪及车辆充电插座的三维数据,机器人内置的控制器将该三维数据与预存的充电枪及插座模型数据比较,可识别测量物的形状并计算出位置坐标。本方案实现对充电枪和车辆充电插座的形状及位置的精确识别,有效代替人工完成充电操作。
