The invention discloses a mobile charging pile robot and a charging method thereof. Although a traditional charging pile is simple in structure and can also meet a daily charging requirement, most ofthe traditional charging piles are fixedly installed, an occupied space is large, the number is limited, and efficiency is not high. The robot comprises a robot body, an advancing base, a vehicle endcharging arm, a power supply end charging arm and a battery pack. The robot body is installed on the advancing base. The vehicle end charging arm and the power supply end charging arm are both installed on the side portion of the robot body. The vehicle end charging arm and the power supply end charging arm are the same in structure and each comprises an inner arm body, an arm lifting drive assembly, a fork shear telescopic mechanism, a telescopic drive assembly, a spring-shaped cable, a middle arm body, an outer arm body, an overturning drive assembly, a plug installation block and a plug push-out assembly. The robot arm structure is innovated, butt joint of the plug and the socket within a large range is achieved through fork shear type stretching, steel wire pulling and overturning andother modes, and therefore a technical effect of automatic insertion charging is achieved, and charging convenience of an electric vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种移动充电桩机器人及其充电方法。传统的充电桩虽然结构简单,也能满足日常充电需求,但多数为固定安装,场地占用大,数量有限,效率不高。本发明包括机身、行进底座、车辆端充电臂、供电端充电臂和电池组。机身安装在行进底座上。车辆端充电臂及供电端充电臂均安装在机身的侧部。所述的车辆端充电臂和供电端充电臂结构相同,均包括内臂体、抬臂驱动组件、叉剪伸缩机构、伸缩驱动组件、弹簧状线缆、中臂体、外臂体、翻转驱动组件、插头安装块和插头推出组件。本发明在机器人手臂结构做了创新,利用叉剪式伸缩,钢丝牵拉翻转等方式实现了大范围内的插头与插座的对接,从而达到自动插入充电的技术效果,提高电动汽车充电的便捷性。
