The invention provides a hydrogenation control method and device of a fuel cell, a fuel cell system and a vehicle. The hydrogenation control method of the fuel cell comprises the following steps: when it is identified that the fuel cell needs hydrogenation, controlling a DCDC module of a fuel cell system to reduce an output current according to a set slope, and controlling the output current of the DCDC module within a set range; enabling the pressure of a hydrogen cavity of the fuel cell to reach Ph2 and the pressure of an air cavity to reach PAir, and then carrying out hydrogenation on the fuel cell. By identifying the hydrogenation process, the output current, the air path pressure and the hydrogen path pressure of the fuel cell system are controlled, and a hydrogen-oxygen interface is avoided, so that the purpose of prolonging the service life of the fuel cell is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池的加氢控制方法、装置、燃料电池系统及车辆。其中,燃料电池的加氢控制方法,包括:当识别到燃料电池需要加氢后,控制燃料电池系统的DCDC模块按照设定的斜率降低输出电流,并将DCDC模块输出电流控制在设定的范围内;使燃料电池氢气腔压力达到Ph2和空气腔压力达到PAir,然后对燃料电池进行加氢。通过识别加氢过程,控制燃料电池系统的输出电流、空气路压力、氢气路压力,避免氢氧界面,从而达到提升燃料电池寿命的目的。
