According to the method, in the hydrogenation process, the hydrogen system and the vehicle control unit of the fuel cell vehicle are quickly and efficiently awakened, the cylinder valve state of the hydrogen cylinder in the hydrogen system can be monitored in real time, efficient hydrogenation of the hydrogen system is guaranteed, the control efficiency of the hydrogen system is improved, and the hydrogenation experience degree of a user is improved.
