The invention provides a fuel cell automobile and a hydrogenation control system and method of a fuel cell. The normal power supply end of a fuel cell controller in the system is connected with a low-voltage storage battery; the power supply end of the preset control valve body is connected to the low-voltage storage battery through a low-voltage main relay, and the communication end of the preset control valve body is connected with the fuel cell controller; the power supply end of the preset low-voltage controller is connected to the low-voltage storage battery through a low-voltage auxiliary relay, and the communication end of the preset low-voltage controller is connected with the fuel cell controller; the fuel cell controller is respectively connected with the control ends of the low-voltage main relay and the low-voltage auxiliary relay and is used for controlling the on-off time sequence of the low-voltage main relay and the low-voltage auxiliary relay after being awakened; after the fuel cell controller is awakened, only a part of necessary low-voltage controller is controlled to be powered on through the low-voltage main relay and the low-voltage auxiliary relay, and the problem that the low-voltage storage battery of the system is lack of electricity when the fuel cell frequently executes hydrogenation or replacement operation is solved.

    本申请提供了一种燃料电池汽车、燃料电池的加氢控制系统及方法,该系统中的燃料电池控制器的常供电端与低压蓄电池相连;预设控制阀体的供电端通过低压主继电器连接至低压蓄电池,预设控制阀体的通信端与燃料电池控制器相连;预设低压控制器的供电端通过低压副继电器连接至低压蓄电池,预设低压控制器的通信端与燃料电池控制器相连;燃料电池控制器分别与低压主继电器和低压副继电器的控制端相连,用于在被唤醒后对低压主继电器和低压副继电器的通断时序进行控制,能够在燃料电池控制器被唤醒后通过低压主继电器和低压副继电器仅控制部分必须的低压控制器上电,解决了燃料电池在频繁执行加氢或置换操作,会使得系统出现低压蓄电池亏电的问题。
