The invention provides a water surface and underwater vehicle. The water surface and underwater vehicle comprises a buoyancy adjusting mechanism arranged in a ship body; the two pairs of lifting stabilizing hydrofoils are positioned on the bottom surface of the ship body, are respectively close to the head and the tail of the ship body and are symmetrically arranged in the longitudinal central axis direction of the ship body; the two pairs of propelling and lifting hydrofoils are connected with the bottom surface of the ship body through two vertical rods distributed at the head and the tail of the ship body, each pair of propelling and lifting hydrofoils are connected through a rotating shaft and hinged to the vertical rods through springs fixed to the rotating shaft, and the rotating shafts are connected with a driving motor through bevel gears; a propeller is arranged on a vertical rod at the tail of the hull. The water surface and underwater navigation states are switched through the buoyancy adjusting mechanism, the propelling and lifting hydrofoils are hinged to the vertical rods through springs, the acting direction of fluid on the water surface and underwater vehicle can be passively changed, and the acting force of the fluid is directly converted into forward or upward thrust on the water surface and underwater vehicle; the lifting stabilizing hydrofoils provide vertically upward lifting force and pulling force for keeping the longitudinal and transverse stability of the ship body, the energy conversion process is simple, loss is small, and continuous propelling can be achieved.

    本发明提供了一种水面水下航行器,包括设置在船体内部的浮力调节机构;位于船体底面分别靠近船体头部和尾部并以船体的纵向中心轴方向对称设置的两对抬升稳定水翼;通过分布在船体头部和尾部的两个立杆与船体底面连接的两对推进抬升水翼,每对推进抬升水翼通过转轴连接,并经与转轴固定的弹簧与立杆铰接,转轴通过锥齿轮连接有驱动电机;船体尾部立杆上设置有推进器。通过浮力调节机构切换水面水下两个航态,推进抬升水翼通过弹簧与立杆铰接可被动改变流体对水面水下航行器的作用方向,直接将流体作用力转换为对其向前或向上的推力,抬升稳定水翼提供竖直向上的升力和保持船体纵向、横向稳定性的拉力,能量转换过程简单、耗损少,可以连续推进。
