The method comprises the steps that reference calibration data between the target engine fuel injection quantity and the torque are obtained; gear shifting parameter data, current operation parameter data and current environment data of the target engine are obtained; judging whether the first rotating speed data of the target engine is greater than a preset rotating speed or not according to the gear shifting parameter data; according to the operation parameter data and the current environment data, whether the torque precision of a target engine is smaller than preset precision or not is judged; when the torque precision of the target engine is smaller than the preset precision and the first rotating speed data is larger than the preset rotating speed, a torque correction model is obtained according to the reference calibration data and the gear shifting parameter data; and the torque of the target engine is adjusted according to a torque correction model. The engine rotating speed and the engine output torque in the vehicle gear shifting process are analyzed, torque control is carried out according to the actual gear shifting process data of the vehicle, customized intelligent optimization of different vehicles is achieved, and user comfort is improved.
