The invention provides a torque control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the torque control method comprises the steps: obtaining the actual speed information of a vehicle and the actual acceleration information of the vehicle; determining target acceleration information of the vehicle based on the actual speed information and the actual acceleration information, and determining a deviation value between the target acceleration information and the actual acceleration information; determining an adjustment parameter value of a target proportional term in a proportional-integral (PI) control torque algorithm based on one or more of the actual speed information, the target acceleration information and the deviation value; determining a difference value between a proportional term and an integral term in the PI control torque algorithm; determining an adjustment parameter value of a target integral item in a proportional-integral (PI) control torque algorithm based on the deviation value and/or the difference value; and based on the adjustment parameter value of the target proportional term and the adjustment parameter value of the target integral term, the torque of the vehicle is adjusted to obtain the target torque, so that the problems of pause and oscillation of the vehicle are avoided.
