The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle multispectral-based Candidatus Liberobacter asiaticum monitoring method and system. The system comprises a portable multispectral camera, an unmanned aerial vehicle and a ground monitoring platform, the unmanned aerial vehicle aircraft carries the portable multispectral camera and is used for shooting a ground multispectral image of a to-be-monitored citrus orchard, and the unmanned aerial vehicle ground control platform controls the aircraft to fly at a constant speed at a low altitude according to a preset track and a fixed height from the ground, receives the ground multispectral image and sends the ground multispectral image to the ground monitoring platform; the monitoring method comprises the following steps: intelligently identifying a citrus liberobacter asiaticum infected tree by constructing a multi-channel deep convolutional neural network model, and generating a citrus liberobacter asiaticum distribution visualization graph. The monitoring system is simple in structure, low in cost, high in flexibility and not easy to be interfered by clouds; multispectral information is provided, and the data dimension is expanded; while the image space information is reserved, more spectral information is provided, and the identification algorithm based on the deep convolutional neural network can identify the citrus Huanglongbing infected tree more quickly and more accurately.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机多光谱的柑橘黄龙病监测方法及系统,系统包括便携式多光谱相机、无人机和地面监测平台;无人机飞行器搭载所述便携式多光谱相机,用于拍摄待监测柑橘园的地面多光谱图像,无人机地面控制平台控制所述飞行器按预定轨迹和离地面固定高度低空匀速飞行,并接收所述地面多光谱图像,发送至所述地面监测平台;监测方法是通过构建多通道深度卷积神经网络模型智能识别柑橘黄龙病染病树并生成所述柑橘黄龙病分布可视化图。监测系统结构简单,成本低、灵活性强,不易受云层干扰;提供多光谱信息,扩展了数据维度;保留图像空间信息的同时,提供更多光谱信息,基于深度卷积神经网络的识别算法能更快速、更准确识别柑橘黄龙病染病树。
