The invention discloses a spinning unfolding type space target rope net capturing system. The system comprises a satellite, a self-rotating unfolding type rope net capturing device, a rope net capturing system rotating ejection device and a pneumatic device. A rope net capturing system rotary ejection device is fixedly installed on a satellite, a self-rotating unfolding type rope net capturing device is installed in the rope net capturing system rotary ejection device, and a pneumatic device is installed in the self-rotating unfolding type rope net capturing device. The rope net capturing system rotary ejection device is used for launching the self-rotating unfolding type rope net capturing device, the self-rotating unfolding type rope net capturing device is used for capturing a target, and the pneumatic device is used for controlling the motion state of the self-rotating unfolding type rope net capturing device. According to the method, the target is captured and recovered in the space, the accuracy can be improved by flying the satellite to a near point for capturing, and meanwhile, the safe recovery of the target satellite can be realized through the self-spinning rope net capturing system.
