The method comprises the steps that under the condition that the vehicle is in a target driving state, a recovery torque intervention control system is established based on the accelerator pedal opening degree, the power battery charge state, the real-time vehicle speed and the accelerator pedal opening degree change rate; obtaining a judgment result of whether a preset negative torque intervention condition is met or not; under the condition that the negative torque intervention condition is met, obtaining a required negative torque value corresponding to the real-time vehicle speed based on the real-time vehicle speed; based on the vehicle weight of the vehicle, the slope of the current driving road surface and the accelerator pedal opening variable quantity of the vehicle within the preset time, torque compensation coefficient table look-up is conducted, and a target torque compensation coefficient is obtained; determining the product between the required negative torque value and the target torque compensation coefficient as a target negative torque value; and controlling a motor of the vehicle to perform torque output based on the target negative torque value. According to the method, negative torque intervention and energy recovery can be carried out in time, and the accuracy is high.
本发明涉及能量回收技术领域,提供一种回收扭矩介入控制方法、系统及车辆,方法包括:在车辆处于目标行驶状态的情况下,基于加速踏板开度、动力电池荷电状态、实时车速、以及加速踏板开度变化率,得到是否满足预设的负扭介入条件的判定结果;在满足负扭介入条件的情况下,基于实时车速,得到实时车速对应的需求负扭值;基于车辆的车重、当前行驶的路面坡度、以及预设时间内车辆的加速踏板开度变化量,分别进行扭矩补偿系数查表,得到目标扭矩补偿系数;将需求负扭值和目标扭矩补偿系数之间的乘积确定为目标负扭值;基于目标负扭值,控制车辆的电机进行扭矩输出。本方法能够较及时地进行负扭介入与能量回收,精确度较高。
