According to the pneumatic arm folding device suitable for the sea and air medium-crossing amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle, an electrical control mechanism is adopted to drive an air pressure adjusting mechanism by reasonably controlling opening and closing of a high-pressure-resistant electromagnetic valve, and inflation and deflation of an air bag are controlled through a high-pressure air path structure capable of being circulated inside and outside a cabin body; therefore, the volume change of the air bag is converted into vertical reciprocating motion of the transmission mechanism to realize rotary unfolding or folding contraction of the vehicle arm, the repeatability is high, and the maintenance cost is low; compared with a traditional motor driving folding mode, the structure is simple, seawater corrosion is resisted, the weight of a carrier is reduced, and lightweight design of the amphibious unmanned platform is facilitated; when the airbags are inflated and swelled, the arms are unfolded, and meanwhile, the buoyancy of the unmanned aerial vehicle body is increased, so that the amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle can perform water-air cross-medium movement after completing underwater operation. The amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle can reduce the weight of the amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle flying in the air and reduce the resistance when the vehicle body moves underwater, and is convenient to operate, stable and reliable.
本发明公开了一种适用于跨海空介质两栖无人机的气动机臂折叠装置,采用电气控制机构通过合理控制耐高压电磁阀的开闭驱动气压调节机构,通过舱体内外可循环的高压气路结构控制气囊的充放气,进而将气囊体积变化转化为传动机构上下往复运动实现机臂的旋转展开或者折叠收缩,可重复性强,维护成本低;相较于传统电机驱动折叠方式具有结构简单,耐海水腐蚀,减轻载体重量,便于两栖无人平台轻量化设计;在气囊充气鼓起使得在机臂展开的同时,还增加了机体的浮力,进一步有利于两栖无人机完成水下作业后进行水‑空跨介质运动。能够减少两栖无人机在空中飞行时的重量,同时降低在机体水下运动时的阻力,操作方便,稳定可靠。
