The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to an amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body and two supporting frames fixedly arranged on a bottom plate of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, an upper carrying frame and a lower carrying frame are arranged between the two supporting frames, and the upper carrying frame is arranged above the lower carrying frame; the upper carrying frame is fixedly connected with the supporting frame, the height of the lower end of the lower carrying frame in the vertical direction is larger than that of the lower end of the supporting frame, the lower carrying frame and the supporting frame are movably arranged, and a plurality of telescopic assemblies are arranged between the upper carrying frame and the lower carrying frame. The upper end of the telescopic assembly is fixedly connected to the lower end face of the upper carrying frame, and the lower end of the telescopic assembly is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the lower carrying frame. Through the arrangement of the upper carrying frame, the lower carrying frame and the telescopic assembly, bumping can be avoided, and therefore the unmanned aerial vehicle body is protected.

    本发明涉及无人机技术领域,尤其涉及一种水陆两用无人机,该无人机包括无人机本体,以及固定设置在所述无人机本体的底板上的两个支撑架,两个所述支撑架之间设置有上乘载架和下乘载架,所述上乘载架设于所述下乘载架的上方,且所述上乘载架与所述支撑架固定连接,所述下乘载架的下端在竖直方向上的高度要高于所述支撑架的下端设置,且所述下乘载架与所述支撑架活动设置,所述上乘载架和下乘载架之间设置有若干个伸缩组件,所述伸缩组件的上端固定连接在所述上乘载架的下端面上,所述伸缩组件的下端固定连接在下乘载架的上端面上;本发明通过上乘载架、下乘载架和伸缩组件的设置,能够避免颠簸,从而对无人机本体起到保护的作用。
