The invention discloses a longitudinal series-parallel hybrid power transmission system and a control method. The longitudinal series-parallel hybrid power transmission system comprises an engine, a P1 motor, a P3 motor, a speed increasing mechanism, a speed reducing gear shifting mechanism and a rear axle. The engine, the P1 motor and the P3 motor are coaxially arranged, and the engine and the P1 motor are connected through a speed increasing mechanism so that power can be transmitted between the engine and the P1 motor. The P3 motor is connected with the rear axle through a speed reduction gear shifting mechanism so that wheel driving can be achieved. The speed reducing and gear shifting mechanism and the speed increasing mechanism are connected through a synchronizer so as to achieve connection or disconnection of the engine and the P3 motor. The functions of pure electric drive, engine direct drive, series/parallel hybrid power transmission and the like are achieved, and the purposes of energy conservation and consumption reduction of the whole vehicle are achieved. The cylindrical gear is adopted to achieve speed increasing/reducing, the structural design and the part process are simple, the technology is mature, the process cost is low, and the system efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种纵置混联式混合动力传动系统及控制方法,包括发动机、P1电机、P3电机、升速机构、减速换挡机构以及后桥;发动机与P1电机以及P3电机同轴心设置,发动机与P1电机之间通过升速机构连接,以实现发动机与P1电机之间传递动力;P3电机与后桥之间通过减速换挡机构连接,以实现车轮驱动;减速换挡机构与升速机构之间通过同步器连接,以实现发动机与P3电机的连接或断开。本发明满足纯电驱动,发动机直驱,串联/并联混合动力传动等功能,满足整车节能降耗目标。采用圆柱齿轮实现升/减速,结构设计及零件工艺简单,技术成熟设计及工艺成本低,系统效率高。
