The invention relates to a series-parallel hybrid transmission (HT) device, in particular to a series-parallel hybrid transmission (HT) device for various hybrid vehicles. The series-parallel hybrid transmission (HT) device comprises a power distribution integration mechanism (DG), a first clutch (C1), and/or a first motor (EM1), and/or a second motor (EM2), a transmission output mechanism (TG), and/or a differential (DIF); an engine (ICE) is directly or indirectly connected with the power distribution integration mechanism (DG), the first clutch (C1), and/or the first motor (EM1), and/or thesecond motor (EM2), the transmission output mechanism (TG), and/or the differential (DIF) through a torsional vibration damper (FW), so as to realize a plurality of driving modes. Compared with the prior art, the device is compact in structure, high in universality, high in expansibility, high in fuel economy and low in control system development difficulty.
