According to the invention, by setting a single cleaning cycle logic, repeated judgment of the smudginess level in the cleaning process is avoided, the real vehicle cleaning efficiency and the test efficiency are greatly improved, a set of complete test scene set and test method are formed for the test of the laser radar self-cleaning function in the closed road real vehicle test process, and the test efficiency is improved. And closed-loop verification of the function is realized for each time of software version issuing.
本发明提供一种激光雷达自清洗测试方法及相关设备,方法包括:检测激光雷达外罩表面的脏污等级,所述脏污等级依据外罩表面的脏污程度预先设定;根据检测到的脏污等级,执行对应的清洗操作;所述清洗操作结束后,检测所述激光雷达外罩表面是否达到清洁状态,在未达到清洁状态的情况下,继续执行所述对应的清洗操作,直至达到清洁状态;记录所述脏污等级与执行对应清洗操作的循环轮数,作为测试数据。本发明通过设置单一清洗循环逻辑,避免清洗过程中重复判断脏污等级,极大提高实车清洗效率和测试效率,针对在封闭道路实车测试过程中激光雷达自清洗功能的测试,形成了一套完整的测试场景集和测试方法,对每一次的软件发版实现该功能的闭环验证。
