The invention discloses overwater large-span hoisting equipment and a hoisting process. The overwater large-span hoisting equipment comprises two overwater operation platforms, two sets of cable supporting and controlling devices and two flexible hoisting cables, wherein the two overwater operation platforms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of any photovoltaic mounting unit in the single-row photovoltaic mounting direction; the two sets of cable supporting and controlling devices are symmetrically arranged on the two overwater operation platforms respectively, so that the two flexible hoisting cables are arranged in parallel and erected on the overwater operation platforms, and the crane carriages on the flexible hoisting cables can reciprocate on the flexible hoisting cables under the control of the cable supporting and controlling devices, so that hoisting and hoisting are realized; the equipment and the hoisting process are suitable for different water depths and geological conditions, and a series of working procedures such as water transportation of various water photovoltaic construction materials, pile foundation construction, photovoltaic upper structure construction and electrical installation in a span are completed through one-time parking; the installation efficiency is high, and the cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种水上大跨度起重设备及吊装工艺,设别包括两个水上作业平台、两套缆索支撑及控制装置和两条柔性吊装缆索:两个水上作业平台沿单排光伏安装方向对称设置在任一光伏安装单元的两侧;两套缆索支撑及控制装置分别对称布设在两个水上作业平台上,使两条柔性吊装缆索平行设置并架设其上,柔性吊装缆索上的起重小车能够在缆索支撑及控制装置的控制下在柔性吊装缆索上往复移动,实现起重吊装;该设备及吊装工艺适用于不同水深、地质条件,且一次驻位完成跨距内多个水上光伏各类施工物料水上运输、桩基础施工、光伏上部结构施工、电气安装等一系列工序;不仅安装效率高,且成本低。
