The invention relates to an overwater hoisting and folding method for a large module. The overwater hoisting and folding method comprises a hoisting point position selection step, a positioning device preparation step and an on-site hoisting and folding step. In the on-site hoisting and folding step, the module is transported into the dock by a barge, and the module is hoisted and positioned at a height position by hoisting equipment in the dock. And the lower ship body is conveyed into the dock and positioned under the module, and at the moment, the lower ship body abuts against the first positioning part. And the module falls on the lower ship body to complete module folding. Through the design of the lower lifting points, the overall stress uniformity of the module can be effectively ensured, and the lifting stability of the module is improved. The position of the lower ship body in the dock can be effectively positioned through the positioning device, the lower ship body in a floating state can be conveniently positioned, and all the modules can be accurately aligned when being folded and installed. The method is suitable for folding and installing the oversized module on the ship in the water dock, and the module with similar structure and oversized weight can be completely and safely folded and hoisted in the water dock by means of a Taishan crane.

    本发明涉及一种大型模块水上吊装合拢方法,包括吊点位置选取步骤、定位装置的准备步骤和现场吊装合拢步骤。现场吊装合拢步骤中,先将模块用驳船运送至船坞内,并在船坞内利用吊装设备起吊模块定位于一高度位置。将下船体运入船坞内并定位于模块正下方,此时下船体与第一定位部相抵。下落模块于下船体上即完成模块的合拢。通过对下吊点的设计可有效保证模块整体受力均匀,提高对模块吊装的平稳性。通过定位装置可有效定位下船体在船坞内的位置,方便漂浮状态的下船体的定位,使各模块合拢安装时能够准确对位。该方法适用于船舶上的超大模块在水坞内的合拢安装,可以使结构类似及重量超大的模块依靠泰山吊进行完整安全的水坞内合拢吊装。
