The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses large-span steel-concrete composite beam hoisting equipment and a hoisting method.The large-span steel-concrete composite beam hoisting equipment comprises a hoisting tool, an information transmission module, a controller, a display terminal and a tension monitoring assembly; the lifting appliance is anchored on the top surface of the steel-concrete composite beam; the plurality of tension monitoring assemblies are arranged around the lifting appliance, and each tension monitoring assembly comprises an upper connecting piece, a tension sensor and a lower connecting piece; the lower connecting piece is anchored on the top surface of the steel-concrete composite beam, the upper connecting piece is connected with the lifting appliance, and the tension sensor is connected between the upper connecting piece and the lower connecting piece. The tension monitoring assemblies are arranged around the lifting appliance, the lifting appliance and the steel-concrete composite beam are connected through the tension monitoring assemblies, the tension in the process that the lifting appliance lifts the steel-concrete composite beam is measured in real time, the constraint condition of the lifting appliance on the steel-concrete composite beam is known, loosening or other influences of the lifting appliance can be found in time, and the lifting appliance can be conveniently and rapidly lifted. The construction safety risk is reduced.

    本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,公开了一种大跨度钢混组合梁吊装设备及吊装方法,包括吊具、信息传输模块、控制器、显示终端和拉力监测组件;吊具锚固在所述钢混组合梁的顶面;多个拉力监测组件设置在吊具周围,每个拉力监测组件包括上连接件、拉力传感器和下连接件;下连接件锚固于钢混组合梁的顶面,上连接件与吊具连接,拉力传感器连接于所述上连接件和所述下连接件之间。本发明通过在吊具的周围设置多个拉力监测组件,利用拉力监测组件连接吊具和钢混组合梁,实时测量吊具吊装钢混组合梁过程中的拉力,了解吊具对钢混组合梁的约束情况,可及时发现吊具出现的松懈或受到的其他影响,降低施工安全风险。
